Development/ Press Release Distribution
The backbone
of any food media marketing program is quality
recipe development, testing and photography,
and effective distribution and follow-up.
NTA has conducted comprehensive recipe programs
for many leading food industries, including
chicken, beer, sugar and nuts. These recipes
and photographs land regularly on the pages
of top circulation-size newspapers, encouraging
consumers to purchase and cook with these
products.
At left and below are a few examples of
the quality photography (with recipes and
stories) sent, and some of the resultant
publicity. |

Media Tours/ Radio Media Tours |
 |
If
television or radio exposure in
local markets is part of your public
relations plan, NTA can develop
a satellite or radio media tour
for your spokesperson. Working from
one studio, a spokesperson can appear
on local news or entertainment shows
around the country, delivering nutrition
or health news, discussing a new
product or even conducting a cooking
demonstration. Here are some sample
satellite media tours that NTA has
conducted for the National Beer
Wholesalers Association:
Valentine’s Day 2006
Independence Day 2005
Halloween 2003
New research on potential health
benefits of beer consumption (2004,
2006)
Chicken on a Budget - February 2009

Deskside
Briefings
If your company
or organization has big food or
nutrition news in the works, it
may make sense to brief top journalists
ahead of time. NTA can arrange
meetings for your spokesperson
with leading newspaper and magazine
food and nutrition writers, in
New York and around the country.
We help you make your news of
interest to the press.
